Staff Software Engineer – Front End

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend architecture for the world’s leading product design platform.
- Work with a frontend microservices architecture using React.js and WebGL to build cutting-edge features.
- Develop graphics programming solutions to enhance rendering, multi-user collaboration, and real-time interactions.
- Mentor and technically guide engineers, conduct code reviews, and act as a key resource for architecture and cross-team initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to enhance the user experience and build intuitive, high-performance UI components.
Skill & Experience
- 7+ years of experience designing and building high-volume, scalable SaaS applications end-to-end.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React.js, WebGL, etc.).
- Strong debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues from browser to backend, servers, and databases.
- Deep knowledge of continuous integration & delivery (CI/CD) best practices with a passion for mentoring others.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance technical excellence with business needs.
- Passion for continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies.
