As we scale our operations and enhance our platform, we’re looking for a Senior Laravel Developer to join our team as a part-time contractor with the potential for a full-time role in the future.

Key Responsibilities
- Platform Ownership: Oversee and optimize the development pipeline to ensure a secure, scalable, and high-performing platform.
- New Feature Development: Build and implement innovative solutions that enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.
- Integrations: Develop seamless integrations with external tools, APIs, and third-party services to expand our platform’s capabilities.
- Performance & Scaling: Ensure high availability and top-notch performance as we scale to support more enterprise clients.
- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for security, including preparations for compliance standards such as SOC 2.
- AWS DevOps: Optimize AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, and CI/CD pipelines for cost-effective scaling.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with non-technical executives and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Skill & Experience
- Expertise in Laravel: Extensive experience with Laravel 11, with a strong background in designing scalable, maintainable systems.
- Database Proficiency: Deep understanding of MySQL, including query optimization and handling complex data relationships.
- AWS & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven Track Record: A strong portfolio showcasing complex projects with measurable impact. Be ready to demonstrate past work.
- Problem-Solving Mentality: Ability to work independently, tackle challenges, and deliver high-quality results on time.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
