Job Description
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling products or services to potential clients. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to identify leads, engage customers, and close deals. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work towards sales targets and quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with customers, ensuring satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Keep track of sales metrics and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
Skill & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
