Job Description
As a Mobile Phone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile phones and other electronics. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, replace faulty parts, and ensure devices are restored to optimal working condition. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in mobile phones and other devices.
- Replace damaged or malfunctioning parts, including screens, batteries, and charging ports.
- Perform data recovery and software updates.
- Test devices after repairs to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Provide customers with recommendations for device care and maintenance.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools.
- Ensure all repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Skill & Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in mobile phone or electronics repair.
- Strong understanding of mobile phone hardware and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with repair tools and equipment.
- No formal qualifications are required, but certifications in mobile phone repair are preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
