Job Description
As an IT Services professional, you will provide technical support, system administration, and IT solutions to clients and organizations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network management, and ensure that IT systems are running smoothly. This role requires strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to provide excellent service in both remote and on-site environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks.
- Monitor system performance and security to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for clients or internal teams.
- Manage IT assets, including devices, software, and servers.
- Provide user training on software and IT systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement improvements and updates to systems.
Skill & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or IT services.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL is a plus.
- Experience with software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are beneficial.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
