Job Description
As a Game Operations Specialist, you will oversee the daily operations of online or mobile games, ensuring smooth gameplay, user satisfaction, and system stability. You will work closely with product, development, and customer support teams to monitor game performance, handle player issues, and ensure the game is functioning optimally. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about gaming and game operations who are also detail-oriented and data-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor game performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
- Provide support to players by addressing complaints, questions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to implement game updates, bug fixes, and improvements.
- Ensure smooth execution of in-game events, promotions, and new features.
- Analyze player data and metrics to optimize in-game economy, balance, and engagement.
- Test game features, new updates, and releases to ensure quality and functionality.
- Assist in maintaining and updating game documentation and knowledge base.

Skill & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in game operations, game management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, player behavior, and in-game economics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with game engines, development processes, and game updates.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming communities and player engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
