ContentFly (now Draft) is a leading content creation platform that connects businesses with top-tier freelance writers to deliver high-quality, on-demand content. We are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our reach and build lasting client relationships. As a BDR, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This is a contract-to-hire, commission-only role to start, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Establish initial contact with potential clients and build relationships.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into active customers.
- Develop strategies to overcome objections and close sales successfully.
- Proactively address potential challenges to minimize business loss.
- Conduct cold outreach to generate leads and transition them into warm prospects.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proven sales skills, including cold calling, relationship-building, and negotiation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
