Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, motivated team player to join our Sales team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR). SDRs are responsible for calling and qualifying leads, helping drive business growth. Ideal candidates should be self-starters with a proven track record of success in professional, personal, or collegiate achievements. They should be passionate about SaaS, sales, and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly follow up on inbound leads (trials, demo requests, contact form submissions).
  • Conduct qualification calls to understand prospect needs.
  • Create opportunities in Salesforce and schedule high-quality meetings with Account Executives.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets (calls, meetings, opportunities).
  • Work towards personal and team sales goals in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Contribute to a fun, energetic, and high-performing team environment.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Sales, customer-facing, or internship experience.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in the field.
