Job Description
We are seeking a Security & Risk professional to develop and implement enterprise security solutions that protect critical business platforms, including ERP, HCM, and CX applications.
As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Senior Specialist, you will lead efforts in environment hardening, security testing, governance, risk, and compliance. You will design, implement, and manage robust security configurations and access controls, ensuring that enterprise applications remain secure, compliant, and resilient against internal and external threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and implement security strategies tailored to Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP while contributing to business development and mentoring team members.
- Lead client engagements, ensuring deliverables meet contractual and business objectives while strengthening client relationships through regular interactions and security consulting.
- Design and enforce strict security configurations and access controls for Oracle Fusion Cloud, regularly reviewing and refining security configurations and role designs in alignment with Oracle’s product roadmap.
- Implement Risk Management Cloud access controls, configuration controls, and transaction controls, while monitoring internal controls within Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Design and implement efficient security processes for new joiners, movers, and leavers, leading engagement components to align with client business objectives.
- This role may require travel (0-100%) based on business and client needs.
Skill & Experience
- 3+ years of experience working for a systems integrator.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud security and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud role design.
- 2+ years of experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud security.
- Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years of equivalent work experience (or 6+ years with an Associate’s degree).
Bonus Points
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security, including role design across functional and technical domains.
- 3+ years of experience in business process risk & control design, implementation, or assessment.
- Industry-recognized Security Certification (e.g., CISSP).
- Big 4 or Global Systems Integrator experience.
- Oracle certifications in Core HR, Financials, or Procurement.
- Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional certification.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- High proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
